Requirements: lead worship for church body on Sunday mornings and other special occasions; hard-working with a “whatever it takes” attitude; team player who is organized and understands deadlines and willing to accept leadership from pastor; someone with a love for Jesus and the church; excellent singer with a proven background in worship leading; team builder and collaborator, a willing servant leader with a high standard for excellence; self-motivated; able to set and execute a budget and vision; proficient in social media; good eye for design; recruit, train, and encourage to ensure the spiritual care of all teams; develop and disciple a team of assistants; help lead small groups; attend staff meetings and, at least once per month, attend elders meeting. This can be a full- or part-time position depending upon duties performed.

INDIANA—Ellettsville (IN) Christian Church is seeking a senior minister who is passionate about preaching the Word, reaching the lost, making disciples, and challenging the church to do the same. Current staff consists of a full-time youth minister, part-time connections minister, part-time children’s director, and part-time worship leader. Senior minister works with the elected board of elders to implement the vision and mission statement with the staff, volunteers, and congregation. Ellettsville is a small town—population 6,400—located just east of Bloomington. Average attendance is 225 per Sunday. An eligible candidate will possess the following: intimate and growing relationship with Christ; BA in ministry or similar degree from an accredited Bible college; desire to maintain high standards of Christian character; leadership, administrative abilities, and flexibility to take on other tasks as needed; has led or held a ministry position with an independent Christian church that has shown positive spiritual and numeric growth.
