ARIZONA—The American Indian Christian Mission is looking for two mission-minded people who like to work with people: an operations director and a summer intern. AICM has a boarding school for Apache and Navajo children, operates a bus ministry, and does outreach work on the Fort Apache Indian Reservation. The mission is located in the White Mountains near Show Low, AZ. The operations director’s primary responsibility is human resources. He or she would be responsible for all mission operations when the executive director is off-campus. AICM would like to fill this position by January or February. Minimum qualifications: have a business management education background or some experience in ministry leadership. A degree in business and experience managing staff or volunteers is preferred. AICM would like someone who is active in a Christian church or church of Christ-type congregation. AICM desires a commitment of at least two years.
